Hourly Pay Range

$35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $35.15 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights

Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group Location: Skokie, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week) Remote Opportunity : After 6months of employment, able to work remote 2 days per month After 6months of employment, able to work remote 2 days per month Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm, with rotating Saturdays 730-1pm Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

What you will do

Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

What you will need

License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required

Education

Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred

Certification

BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required

Experience

1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required. 2 years of Women’s Healthcare experience preferred.
