WE'RE HIRING: RN or LPN – Gameday Men's Health Anchorage Full-time | LPN from $32/hr, RN from $42/hr | Monday–Friday | No nights, weekends or call

Read this before you apply

We're not looking for someone who just wants a job. We're building a team, and we want someone who wants to be part of it.

This role isn't for most nurses. That's by design.

This is NOT for you if

  • You're shy, guarded, or uncomfortable talking with men about personal health
  • You struggle with blood draws or IM injections
  • You wait for direction instead of taking initiative
  • You think professionalism means being cold or distant
  • You need every day to look the same
  • You'd rather chart through a busy lobby than greet the patient standing in it
  • You want to "stay in your lane" and go home

We care as much about who you are as what you can do.

This IS for you if

  • You can walk into a room of pilots, slope workers, soldiers from JBER, contractors and business owners and put every one of them at ease
  • You treat patients like people, not charts
  • You draw blood and give injections confidently and cleanly
  • You'd notice a patient's new truck, his daughter's hockey season or his upcoming hunt, and remember it next visit
  • You roll with change. New protocols, a packed schedule, covering the phones when the front desk is slammed: you adapt without being asked twice
  • You like to keep it light and still get things done
  • You bring solutions, not problems

We're not a traditional healthcare environment

Think of your favorite hairstylist: knows your name, remembers what's going on in your life, and makes an hour in the chair the best part of your week. That's the standard. Clinical excellence is the baseline. How a patient feels when he walks out is the job.

Who is Gameday Men's Health Anchorage?

We're a concierge men's health clinic built for the guys who show up for everyone else: husbands, dads, veterans, first responders, business owners.

We specialize in

  • Testosterone therapy
  • Medical weight loss
  • Peptide and vitamin therapy
  • Sexual health and performance

We don't just optimize labs. We help men get their energy, confidence and edge back. No insurance games, no revolving door, no 7-minute visits. Just real relationships and real results.

*

What you'll do

*

  • Welcome patients and own their experience from the lobby to checkout
  • Perform blood draws, run in-house labs, and process specimens
  • Administer IM and SubQ injections (testosterone, B12, peptides, etc.)
  • Record vitals and document accurately in the EMR
  • Support our clinicians during consults, treatment starts and follow-ups
  • Teach patients self-injection and walk them through their treatment plans
  • Answer patient questions by phone and message, and help cover the phones when it's busy
  • Keep clinic flow tight, organized and unhurried

What we need

  • Active Alaska RN or LPN license (required)
  • Confident phlebotomy and injection skills
  • Comfort with male-specific treatments and hormone health
  • Outpatient, clinic, or hospitality/service experience is a plus
  • Someone who can step in, hold their own, and add value immediately

Your clinical skills get you in the door. Your personality is what gets you the job.

Why this clinic is different

  • No insurance claims, no micromanaging, no burnout
  • Leadership that backs you up, not down
  • A small team where your ideas get heard and used
  • Growth opportunities as we expand into the Mat-Su Valley
  • You'll see your impact week after week in the same patients
