About this role
Under the direction of the Executive Director of Behavioral Health, will serve as educator and resource for the inpatient behavioral health hospital. Provide leadership to behavioral health team by creating framework of educational services that promote the growth and development of its licensed and unlicensed staff. Responsible for managing and leading clinical staff to ensure patient care standards are being met.

Requirements
- RN license
- RN License
- BSN required
- Minimum of five years of clinical nursing supervisor/charge nurse experience
- 1-3 years behavioral health experience preferred
- Clinical psychiatric nursing experience preferred
- Experience in clinical information systems preferred
- Experience in project planning and implementation preferred
- Inpatient experience
