Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Duties • Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses. • Conduct thorough patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations to inform treatment plans. • Administer medications, including IV infusions and injections, following strict aseptic techniques and hospital protocols. • Manage complex cases involving trauma medicine, cardiac catheterization, dialysis, and post-operative care. • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic and Cerner to document patient information accurately and efficiently. • Assist with diagnostic evaluations like laboratory testing, specimen collection/processing, and medical imaging procedures such as sonography or mammography. • 7P-7A, every other weekend, and every other holiday. Must have PA or compact license and experience in unit.
