What You’ll Do

- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Work closely with physicians, nursing assistants, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Support a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment
- Lead with professionalism, teamwork, and a resident-first attitude
*What We’re Looking For:*
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- A genuine desire to care for and connect with residents
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required
