Sayre Health Care Skilled Nursing Center is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our nursing team. Starting pay: $47 per hour

What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Work closely with physicians, nursing assistants, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Support a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment
Lead with professionalism, teamwork, and a resident-first attitude

What We’re Looking For

Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
A genuine desire to care for and connect with residents
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required
