Position Summary
Cetechs is seeking a qualified Backup Registered Nurse to provide coverage for the primary onsite RN at a secure federal facility in Boyers, Pennsylvania.
This position will provide coverage during vacations, illness, scheduled absences and other situations requiring continuity of nurse-station services.
Responsibilities
The Backup RN will perform the same clinical responsibilities as the primary RN, including assessment and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, first aid/emergency response, CPR, blood pressure and glucose monitoring, medical record documentation, medication support, referrals, and maintaining continuity of nurse-station operations.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license qualifying the individual to practice in Pennsylvania.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Appropriate clinical nursing experience.
- HIPAA/medical documentation knowledge.
- Ability to work onsite in Boyers, PA when called for coverage.
