Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Blue Point Nursing and Rehab Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our center. About the Role

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Assess patients' physical and emotional needs , identify areas of concern, and document accurate and comprehensive medical records.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.

Responsibilities

Observe and report changes in patients' conditions, identifying potential complications or concerns.
