What You'll Do

• Become the face of Comfort Keepers in the community.

• Develop lasting partnerships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, hospice providers, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.

• Meet with families to understand their needs and recommend customized care solutions.

• Complete in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans.

• Guide clients through every step of their journey with Comfort Keepers.

• Collaborate with an amazing internal team to ensure every client receives exceptional care.

• Help grow one of the most respected home care organizations in the area.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Minimum one year of nursing experience

• Home care experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong organizational and computer skills
