You'll have the freedom to build professional relationships, educate families, create personalized care solutions, and help seniors remain safe and independent at home. What You'll Do • Become the face of Comfort Keepers in the community. • Develop lasting partnerships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, hospice providers, assisted living communities, and other referral sources. • Meet with families to understand their needs and recommend customized care solutions. • Complete in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans. • Guide clients through every step of their journey with Comfort Keepers. • Collaborate with an amazing internal team to ensure every client receives exceptional care. • Help grow one of the most respected home care organizations in the area.
