Job Description
About Us
ProCare Home Health LLC is a licensed and accredited Florida home health agency providing skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and personal care services across the region.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a part-time position combining field visits with in-office clinical work.
This role is weighted toward assessment and clinical oversight rather than high-volume visit nursing.
This role is a strong fit if you are
- A semi-retired nurse who wants to stay clinically active on a lighter schedule
- A nurse re-entering the workforce and looking for consistent professional hours
- A nurse who prefers assessment and oversight work to high-volume visit rounds
Please note: This position requires genuine weekday availability and the ability to respond to coverage needs on short notice. It is not a fit for nurses currently working a full-time schedule elsewhere.
Responsibilities
- Complete OASIS assessments and develop plans of care
- Perform skilled nursing visits
- Conduct clinical supervision of field staff
- Clinical record review and documentation
- Provide coverage for scheduled visits as needed
- Participate in agency quality activities
Qualifications
Required
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Open weekday availability, including the ability to accept assignments on short notice
- Availability for occasional weekend hours
- Reliable transportation, valid Florida driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Level 2 background screening clearance
- Strong documentation skills and comfort with electronic medical records
Preferred
- Home health experience
- OASIS assessment experience
Compensation and Employment
- Hourly and per-visit compensation
- Mileage reimbursement
- W-2 employment — this is not a 1099 contractor position
ProCare Home Health LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
