About this role

Position Overview

The Masonic Home of Virginia is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) serving more than 150 residents in Henrico, Virginia. Recognized as one of the best CCRCs by Richmond Magazine and named a Top Workplace by the Richmond Times-Dispatch in 2018 and 2019, the Masonic Home of Virginia continues to prioritize compassionate, resident-centered care. We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to direct Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, although experience in healthcare and a general knowledge of nursing care will be considered.

Previous experience in long-term care, a continuing care retirement community, or working with older adults is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with residents, staff, and healthcare providers.

Licensure

Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions; CPR certified.
