RN/LPN - Skilled Nursing & Rehab - FT & PT - All Shifts

As a member of our nursing team, you will

• Deliver high-quality nursing care while treating every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect.
• Perform resident assessments and communicate changes in condition promptly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy safely and accurately.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide wound care and assist with infection prevention and control initiatives.
• Care for residents with a variety of medical conditions, including rehabilitation, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other chronic health needs.
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and resident care in our electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate residents and families while promoting comfort, safety, and quality of life.
• Help create a positive, team-oriented environment where residents and staff thrive.

*What We're Looking For*

• Current Colorado RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, hospice, or acute care is preferred—but we welcome nurses who are eager to learn.
