About Us

Join Chicago's premier surrogacy consulting firm as a Medical Case Manager supporting reproductive journeys from match through delivery. Keren-David Consulting (KDC) is a Chicago-based boutique surrogacy agency supporting international Intended Parents (IPs) through every stage of the U. S. surrogacy process. We provide end-to-end case management, coordination with fertility clinics, surrogates, and hospitals, and concierge-style services to ensure a seamless and supported journey.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with hospital experience in Labor & Delivery or Postpartum to join our team as a Medical Case Manager. In this role, you will work alongside our Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to manage surrogacy journeys from medical clearance through delivery and discharge. The CNM provides clinical oversight and leads on medical interpretation; you will own the day-to-day case coordination, communication, and hospital-side execution that keeps each journey moving.
