- Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement
- Bachelor's of Nursing required
- MSN or MSN—Nursing Education preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the specialty required
- Experience in Education or Staff Development highly preferred
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required
- Certification in Nursing Professional Development preferred
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification required
- Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement required
