The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for designing, teaching, and evaluating educational programs for all levels of professional, technical, and ancillary staff in a variety of critical care areas and hospital departments consistent with the hospital's mission, vision, philosophy, and core values. Programs include the orientation of new employees, in-service education relevant to the hospital environment, and continuing education offerings which are expected to maintain and/or improve competency and work performance.
