- Position Responsibilities
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care based on individual patient needs and established clinical standards under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, assisting with chronic and acute healthcare needs, communicating changes in patient status to the appropriate provider, and collaborating with the facility's healthcare team.
Qualifications Valid, unrestricted LPN license Current CPR certification Ability to successfully complete a thorough background investigation Strong communication and patient-care skills Correctional healthcare experience is not required New graduates are encouraged to apply Why TK Health?
