About this role

*Idaho/Washington Assisted Living | Regional Clinical Field Support*

Join a regional clinical support team that partners closely with assisted living communities across Idaho and Washington. This role is designed for an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys being in the field, consulting with clinical leaders, and stepping in where strong clinical judgment, guidance, and support are needed most.

As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will work alongside the Director of Clinical Services as part of a collaborative team focused on supporting, coaching, and advising community leaders. You’ll help teams navigate complex resident needs, behavioral challenges, regulatory requirements, and evolving levels of care. This is not a desk-based role—you will serve as a trusted clinical presence, reinforcing best practices and building confidence within each team you support.

*What makes this role unique:*

  • Serves as a go-to clinical consultant for assisted living teams
  • Hands-on involvement with complex, behavioral, and higher-acuity residents
  • Strong partnership with regional clinical leadership
  • Meaningful travel and relationship-building across multiple communities
  • Focus on support, coaching, and guidance—not enforcement

*Ideal for an RN who:*

  • Thrives in a consultative and supportive role
  • Is familiar with nurse delegation practices in Washington
  • Has working knowledge of IDAPA and WAC regulations
  • Enjoys mentoring, problem-solving, and guiding teams through challenges
  • Is committed to quality care, compliance, and resident dignity

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Benefits

  • 401(k)
