Your Impact
In this role, you are more than a clinician — you are a leader on the floor. Your responsibilities include:
Providing and overseeing direct nursing care for our residents
Supervising and supporting nursing assistants to ensure a cohesive team environment
Administering medications and providing prompt response to emergencies
Maintaining clear, professional communication with residents, families, and physicians
Ensuring accurate documentation within electronic health records
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Missouri RN or LPN license
CPR certification required; IV certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing, hospital, or similar clinical environments
Strong leadership skills and a commitment to professional standards
Physical ability to meet the demands of the nursing role
