Help Us Build Something Special From Day One
Sun River Health & Rehab is opening its doors, and we are looking for exceptional Registered Nurses to help create the kind of skilled nursing community people are proud to work in and families trust with the people they love.
This is more than a nursing position. It is an opportunity to help shape a brand new facility, build a strong team culture, set the standard for resident care, and make a real impact from the very beginning.
If you are a compassionate, clinically strong RN who leads with confidence, brings positive energy to the floor, and believes great care starts with a great team, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
As a Registered Nurse at Sun River Health & Rehab, you will provide direct resident care and clinical leadership while helping create a welcoming, resident centered environment.
You will:
• Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions safely and accurately.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, therapists, pharmacy providers, laboratories, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support admissions, readmissions, discharges, and smooth care transitions.
• Supervise, guide, and encourage LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing team members during your shift.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in care planning, quality improvement, infection prevention, and regulatory readiness.
• Help create an environment where residents feel known, respected, safe, and genuinely cared for.
• Bring solutions, teamwork, and a positive attitude as we build Sun River’s culture together.
Why Join Sun River?
At Sun River, we believe excellent resident care and an excellent employee experience go hand in hand. We are building a workplace where people support one another, communicate openly, take pride in their work, and have the opportunity to grow.
As part of our opening team, you will have a front row seat in creating the culture, standards, and energy of our new community.
You can expect:
• The excitement of opening a brand new skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
• A meaningful opportunity to help shape a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Leadership that values your clinical judgment, ideas, and experience.
• The chance to build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Full time and part time scheduling opportunities.
• Day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts based on facility needs.
• A team focused on compassion, accountability, excellence, and making every resident feel at home.
