We're seeking experienced Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional, resident-centered care. This is an opportunity to join a supportive team where your clinical skills and compassion will be valued every single day.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and document accurately; report adverse reactions per policy.
Provide bedside care for a wide range of medical patients, including pre- and post-surgical cases.
Monitor and adjust specialized equipment; interpret and record electronic displays.
Initiate corrective action promptly when a patient displays adverse symptoms.
Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
Educate patients on surgical procedures and ongoing care.
Record all medical information, vital signs, and care notes concisely, accurately, and on time.
Participate actively in discharge planning.
What We're Looking For
Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and patient education abilities.
A compassionate, team-oriented demeanor.
