Elder Care Homecare is a Concierge Home Care agency seeking *compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs)* to join our team*.*
We provide Per Diem and Hourly nursing opportunities in *private homes, apartments, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes*.
This is a *Per Diem role*—you choose the shifts that work best with your schedule!

Shifts Available
- One-hour visits for IV infusions or aide supervision (RNs only)
- 8/10/12 hour nursing shifts for patient care
- Opportunities for long-term, full-time cases
Requirements
*For LPNs:*
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York
- Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (geriatric preferred, but not required)
- Malpractice Insurance required
- Medical Clearance: Physical, Drug Test, PPD/Quantiferon within last year, Rubella & Rubeola titers
- Covid Vaccine preferred but not required
*For RNs:*
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required
- BLS CPR Certificate
- Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (geriatric preferred, but not required)
- Medical Clearance: Physical, Drug Test, PPD/Quantiferon within last year, Rubella & Rubeola titers
