Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - PRN TIER PLAN (up to $45/hour)

Come join our Emergency Department team and try out our PRN Tier Plan. Flexible schedule that allows you to pick your rate! PRN - Tier Plan available - Flexible Schedule. Tier 1: $40/hr. for 6 shifts in a 6 week schedule. Tier 2: $45/hr. for 12 shifts in a 6 week schedule. • Shift Differentials also apply for nights and weekends. The competent Nurse, in the same or similar clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation.
