A Different Kind of Mobile Nursing Role

purelyIV is looking for an experienced, dependable Registered Nurse to join our team as a Core RN .

Our Core RN position is designed for nurses who want a more consistent relationship with purelyIV than a traditional PRN role. Core RNs serve as a primary clinical staffing resource for our practice and receive a guaranteed minimum compensation arrangement in exchange for providing dependable weekly availability and helping us maintain consistent coverage for our clients.

Core RNs are paid $45.00 per hour for compensable hours worked and, while meeting the requirements of the Core RN Program, receive a minimum of $1,800 in gross wages each semimonthly pay period . If wages earned for hours worked during the pay period exceed $1,800, the RN receives the greater amount.

This is not a salaried position or a guarantee of 40 paid working hours per week . Core RNs commit to 40 hours of scheduled coverage availability each week and remain available for appropriate client assignments during those coverage periods.

Mileage reimbursement, tips, bonuses, and other applicable compensation or reimbursements are handled separately from the guaranteed minimum.

About purelyIV

purelyIV is a premier mobile IV therapy and wellness practice based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, serving clients throughout Oakland and Macomb counties and surrounding areas.

Our nurses provide professional, personalized care directly in our clients' homes, workplaces, hotels, and other locations. We have built our reputation around exceptional client service, strong clinical standards, convenience, and a highly professional mobile-care experience.

As purelyIV continues to grow, we are looking for experienced nurses who want to become an important part of our clinical team rather than simply picking up occasional shifts.

What Makes the Core RN Role Different?

Core RNs provide substantially greater and more dependable availability than our traditional PRN nursing team.

As a Core RN, you will

  • Maintain 40 hours of Core RN coverage availability each workweek
  • Provide at least two full weekend coverage days per calendar month
  • Remain reachable and available for appropriate assignments during scheduled coverage periods
  • Receive a $1,800 guaranteed minimum gross wage per semimonthly pay period when Core RN requirements are satisfied
  • Earn $45.00 per hour for all compensable hours worked , including additional compensation when applicable
  • Receive mileage reimbursement and other applicable compensation separately
  • Play an important role in maintaining dependable clinical coverage as purelyIV continues to grow

Weekday coverage falls between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Weekend coverage falls between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

The required weekend coverage counts toward the 40-hour weekly coverage requirement and is not additional to it.

Scheduling preferences are considered, but final schedules are based on client demand, geographic coverage, staffing needs, operational efficiency, and the needs of the practice.
