Rheumatology Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner)

*About us* Compensation range: *$200,000 base salary for a full-time position with long term earning potential over $300,000 after bonuses.*Southland Arthritis is one of the largest Rheumatology groups in Southern California with 6 clinics (Temecula, Menifee, Hemet, Corona, Riverside, San Bernardino) and 12 providers. We have 5 APPs and we are looking for experienced Full-Time or a Part- Time Rheumatology Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) and have openings at our Temecula and Riverside offices. You must have at least 3 years of experience working in a Rheumatology practice and have experience managing DMARDs, biologics and giving steroid injections. *Your application will not be considered unless you have previously worked for a Rheumatologist for at least 3 years (no exceptions).* We offer an *above market rate *compensation structure which includes a base salary, productivity bonus, clinical trial bonus, chronic care management bonus, remote therapeutic monitoring bonus, share of a year end bonus pool, paid-time off, health insurance, 401K and a CME allowance. We have a streamlined workflow and notes are completed by an AI scribe. Your charts will be prepped by your Medical Assistant and they obtain procedure consents, set-up injections, submit prior authorizations, electronically send your lab/imaging orders and they create all of your prescription drafts for you to click to send.
