- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- CNA preferred
- Completion of a Nurse Assistant program (PCT or PAT)
- OR currently enrolled in a nursing program with Fundamentals of Nursing completed
- OR Foreign trained and licensed RN without Michigan RN license
- OR Medical Assistant program with or without experience
- OR at least 1 year of previous experience in NA, PCT, PAT, or similar role
- BLS Heart Saver Certification (completed during orientation)
