About this role

Seeking a full time RN, for a lead position within our assisted living facilty in Troy, NY

Salary: $85,000 to $100,000

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: day to day oversight of the LPN and home health aide staff, ensuring resident care is delivered, ensuring continuity of care, perform audits as directed, complete assessments as needed both start of care and annually, attend regular meetings with the DPS and keep DPS and director of compliance up to date.

No weekends, no on-call, no direct patient care, no mandating, no travel.
