About this role
VIBRA TRAVELS is seeking a Cath Lab RN Registered Nurse to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. We’re looking for dependable, detail-focused travelers with experience in a healthcare setting. If you're ready to assist in life-changing procedures while traveling the country, this is your opportunity!
Minimum Qualifications
- One (1) year of recent cath lab experience
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring equipment, EP studies and interventional cardiology
- Experience with pre and post procedural care for cardiovascular patients
- Knowledge of contrast reactions and emergency protocols
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
- Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
Certificates, Licensures, Registrations
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
- Current ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients.
- Other certifications may be required by the client. Ex: CCRN or RCIS
Other Skills Required
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in high-stress environments and respond quickly in emergencies
- Ability to maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Anticipate needs of the physician
- Strong documentation skills using EMR
