About this role
We have an experienced Director of Nursing who manages by example. We offer so many things that corporate chain nursing homes can't. Bothell Health Care is owned by an RN who is also our Administrator.
She understands what nurses need to have to be successful. Adequate staffing to deliver competent care. Supplies and equipment to do what needs to be done.
Respect and acknowledgement of how hard our Nurses (and ALL Staff!) work. Licensed Nurses, at Bothell Health Care, receive the orientation and support that they need to be successful and to have a great work-life balance! Responsibilities include: Supervising NAC's, Administration of Medications and Treatments, Patient Assessments, Processing of Physician Orders, Communication with Physicians, PA-C's and ARNP's, Documentation using an electronic medical record(PCC).
Must be able to work a rotating 4 days on, 2 days off schedule.
