Overview

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Nurse, RN. As a Home Health Nurse, you will provide essential care and support to children in need of home health services.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare team members

Qualifications

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of basic life support techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience in assisted living or medical-surgical settings
- Ability and desire to nursing care for a teenager
