Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the home setting. Requirements
- RN
- LPN
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
- License acquired 1 year prior to application
- Ability to provide care in a home setting
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Pediatric or home health experience (preferred)
- Experience with high-acuity skills: trach, vent, G-tube (preferred)
- Must submit a resume to be considered
