Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and neurological status
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
Operate and manage advanced life support equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions
Accurately document patient care and progress in the EMR system
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or compact state license
Minimum 1 year of critical care (ICU) experience preferred
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
