Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. If you’re looking for a stable RN job in a supportive facility environment where you can focus on quality patient care—not constant staffing stress—this is the opportunity for you.
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and clinically strong nurses who want a meaningful role in a consistent, team-based setting.
Schedule Options
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Full-time positions available with consistent scheduling
RN Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Complete nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Supervise CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance (CMS/state standards)
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall quality of life
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (Required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred, not required
