Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. Schedule Options

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Full-time positions available with consistent scheduling

RN Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Complete nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Supervise CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance (CMS/state standards)
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall quality of life

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (Required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred, not required
