We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health and Hospice team. The RN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, patient safety, and comfort.
Requirements
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas (or compact state)
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN or ADN)
Current CPR (BLS) certification
Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience preferred
Home health or hospice experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of OASIS and EMR charting preferred
Knowledge of symptom management, palliative care, and end-of-life protocols
