As an RN, you will play a critical role in assessing the needs of each patient and planning the nursing care necessary to meet those needs. You will be responsible for coordinating care delivery through the utilization of department, organization, and community models and resources. Responsibilities

Assess the needs of each patient ranging from adolescent to geriatric and plan the nursing care necessary to meet those needsImplement the interdisciplinary plan of care through personal performance or delegation to subordinate personnelDetect and collect comprehensive data and identify patterns pertinent to the patient's health and unique situationDevelop a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes, based on the patient's individualized situation and anticipated needsEvaluate progress toward effective attainment of patient, family, and community goalsMentor others in all aspects of nursing practice

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of nursing, BSN preferred. Current Illinois RN licenseCPR certification requiredTele, Mental Health, Psychiatric, Emergency, Surgical, Clinic, RN, ICU, IMCU, Procedural, Interventional, NurseJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $34.18 - $49.30 per hour
