Northcrest located in Napolean, OH is seeking experienced Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Part Time Nights.
Position
Summary
As a Northcrest , you will enjoy working in an environment that promotes professional growth and development. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) are responsible for caring for the residents under the direction and supervision of a RN/LPN. This position reports to the Director of Nursing.
Essential Functions
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
- Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
- Adhere to all policies and procedure of CCH Corporation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Certification
CNA certification required.
Experience
Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
