  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories to inform personalized care plans.
  • Administer medications and injections with precision, following strict aseptic techniques and medical documentation standards.
  • Manage complex medical procedures such as IV infusions, catheterizations, wound suturing, tube feedings, and ventilator care.
  • Utilize advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks to document patient information accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning, case management, and follow-up care for diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, behavioral health patients, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Provide emergency response interventions in critical situations such as trauma incidents or acute pain episodes within Level I or Level II trauma centers.
  • Support infection control protocols and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality and safety.

*Qualifications*

  • Valid RN or LPN license in good standing; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), or Trauma Nursing Certification are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with PCC
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and pharmacology to support accurate patient assessments and interventions.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient care; ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced settings.

Pay: $36.69 - $44.19 per hour
