The Registered Nurse (RN) - Community Living Center (CLC)/Hospice is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care for 401B/Hospice unit. Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care to patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, or other rehabilitative needs; assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans; collaborating with interdisciplinary team members; performing wound assessments and care; administering IV medications and maintaining IV lines; and participating in discharge planning.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • English Language Proficiency
  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing accredited by ACEN or CCNE
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia
  • 1 year RN experience highly preferred
  • Previous hospice experience preferred
  • Background/security investigation
  • Drug screening
