About this role
Achieve Home Nursing Services is seeking a compassionate, experienced Wound Care Certified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled wound care services to patients in their homes throughout the Atlanta metro area. This is a visits-only position, offering flexibility and independence while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Duties include performing comprehensive wound assessments, evaluating and staging wounds, providing skilled wound care and dressing changes, developing and updating individualized wound care plans, monitoring healing progress, educating patients and caregivers, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams, completing clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and clinical standards.

Requirements
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWCN, CWON, CWOCN, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of wound care experience preferred
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
