Details Home health setting supporting transition to HCHB PointCare across Providence Oregon locations Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday First three weeks focus on HCHB PointCare training with in-person sessions Tuesday-Thursday and virtual sessions Monday and Friday Following three weeks involve on-site go-live support and precepting current travelers and staff Minimal bedside care expected, limited to potential ride-along support during implementation Requirements Oregon LPN/LVN license required if applicable; license pending is acceptable Minimum of one year of home health experience required HCHB PointCare experience required Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting and teaching others Additional Information Clinicians will serve as preceptors providing real-time guidance to travelers and staff during EMR go-live Great opportunity to gain experience with HCHB, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools No time off will be accepted during this short six-week contract
