About this role
House Supervisor PRN Med Surge (Bariatric, Orthopedics and Oncology). Shift: Full Time, 3x12's, Night Shift 7pm-7am. This role serves as the responsible supervisor for Memorial Medical Center during non-business hours, ensuring safe, efficient patient care and compliance with hospital policies and clinical practice standards.
The supervisor oversees all MMC personnel on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; conducts frequent organizational rounds; and directs nursing staff in response to patient care needs, crises, and fluctuating patient activity. Key duties include coordinating bed placement, monitoring staffing and productivity, maintaining scheduling databases, and facilitating discharge planning in the absence of Patient Care Management.

Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS certification preferred
- PALS certification preferred
- One year of experience in Med Surge or ER required
