  • Pay Range : $55/hr - $62/hr
  • Guaranteed hours-40 hrs
  • Contract Duration- 13 Weeks ( possiblity of extension)

Note- Local and Travel both are accepted.

Requirements

  • 2 years of acute medical Care Manager Experience performing Care Coordination
  • Active California state License.
  • Active BLS.
  • Epic is Required.
