About this role

Mosaic Wellness & Recovery is a dedicated behavioral health provider offering detox and residential mental health services to adults. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to play a vital role in delivering quality nursing care while supporting a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for individuals receiving treatment.

We are currently hiring for full-time 12-hour shifts. Full-time schedules consist of three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekend coverage. Day and evening shifts are available.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and medication support to guests in detox and residential mental health settings. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by licensed providers. Monitor vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, mental health status, and overall wellness.

Accurately document assessments, medication administration, incidents, and clinical observations. Respond promptly to medical concerns, emergencies, and crisis situations. Collaborate with physicians, nurse leadership, therapists, and behavioral health staff to support individualized treatment plans.

Assist with admissions, discharges, and continuity of care processes. Maintain infection control, confidentiality, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance. Help create a calm, respectful, and recovery-focused environment.

Qualificaitons

Education

Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program. License: Active Georgia LPN license in good standing.

Experience

Previous experience in detox, behavioral health, mental health, residential treatment, addiction medicine, or healthcare preferred.

Certifications

CPR certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.

Skills

Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, documentation, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
