What you will do
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure residents receive comprehensive and person-centered care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
Accurately document assessments, care provided, and changes in resident condition.
Support and mentor CNAs and other care staff to promote teamwork and quality care delivery.
Must have
Must have an active and unencumbered Registered Nursing (RN) license in the State of Washington Must have an active CPR certification (online courses are not accepted) Must be able to pass a background check administered by Dept. Social & Health Services (DSHS) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience highly preferred Must be able to work a full-time 3/12 rotation
