Functions as an advanced clinician and executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of complex patient care. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of care based on age specific components. The QM Consultant directly supports facility leadership in areas of planning, organization, development, direction, and evaluation of the quality program within the facility. Collects data, monitors staff compliance with relevant policies, directives, and standards, provides reports detailing trends, and provides direct staff support to all services in planning, designing, integrating, implementing, modifying, and administering a comprehensive quality management program area.

Requirements

  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia
  • Graduate of a school of professional nursing accredited by ACEN or CCNE
  • English language proficiency required
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), or Doctoral degree in Nursing accepted depending on grade level
  • Background/security investigation required
  • Drug screening required
  • Selective Service Registration required for males born after 12/31/1959
  • Seasonal influenza vaccination program participation required
