About this role
Elementary School Nurse position at University of Texas Elementary School, a public charter school in downtown Austin, Texas. 30 hour per week position. Plans, directs and assists in individualized skilled professional nursing care of all students and school staff. Administers medications and treatments as ordered by a physician and/or within defined school health protocols. Participates in administration of nursing service by directing, supervising and assisting nonprofessional personnel. Plans, implements and documents state mandated student health screenings. Supervises student nurses in coordination with UT School of Nursing Faculty. Start date August 1, 2026. M-F 6 hours/day.

- Currently licensed to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse by the State of Texas
