About this role

Field Team Partner independent contractor position at CareScout. RNs complete cognitive and functional assessments for older adults in their homes. Assessments are for long-term care insurance policyholders and typically take 60-90 minutes, including collecting medical history, documenting functional and cognitive levels, administering a short cognitive exam, and leading a demonstration activity. RNs use an app to accept or decline assessment opportunities.
