Minimum professional nursing experience in direct patient care within hospice, home health

Comfortable with EMR systems, clinical documentation, chart review, team leadership, staff coaching, and regulatory/compliance expectations
Current CPR certification, valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation required
