Schedule
Day Shift, Monday – Friday
Compensation Local Candidates: $1,500 – $1,800 per week Travel Candidates: $2,000 – $2,300 per week Key Responsibilities Maintain annual HHRG values at or above national standards as appropriate Utilize HHRG values to determine visit frequency and appropriate interdisciplinary care utilization Ensure annual patient outcomes meet national benchmarks Refer patients to community resources as needed Assess patient clinical needs and develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care Address all identified problems within the care plan and ensure accurate documentation License Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts Current CPR certification Education & Experience Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required, or six (6) months with a BSN Home health and IV therapy experience required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Successful completion of VNA pre-hire medication test
