Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Glenholme School provides programs and services for students ages 10-21 with autism spectrum disorders, including Asperger's, ADHD, OCD, Tourette’s, depression, anxiety, and various learning differences. Located in Washington, CT the LPN ensures that the minors’ health care needs are addressed by conducting an initial nursing assessment, administering medication, and triaging medical needs on a daily basis.

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and completion of accredited LPN program
  • Have a current and valid LPN license in the state of Connecticut
  • Have at least one year of relevant experience in the field of nursing, particularly with children and youth
  • Have a valid driver's license and minimum 21 years of age
  • Be empathetic and have a team approach to care for our individuals
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor
  • Be able to attend ten days of in-house orientation on weekdays
  • Be able to lift up to 50+ pounds and perform Safe and Positive Approaches
