What We Offer
Competitive Pay: $37-42/hour based on benefits chosen
Sign-On Bonus: $5/hour up to $10,000
Respiratory Unit Bonus: Additional $1/hour

• Shift Differential for Night Shift
Mileage Reimbursement: For commutes over 20 miles (up to 50 miles round trip)

Deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process

Requirements
Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana (Compact Licenses Accepted)
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
Exceptional critical thinking skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
Entry level accepted
