RN Supervisor/Charge Nurse

*Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) *

*8 Hour Shifts │11PM-7AM│*

We are state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility with incredible culture and a tenured, experienced team located in San Gabriel Valley, CA.! We love to grow and develop others - CNA to LVN, LVN to RN. We are looking for a candidate to fill in the RN Superviso/Charge Nurse position for our NOC shift.

*Duties*

• Complete assessments on new admissions/COC's, prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Chart all communications with the resident’s attending physician regarding the resident, the resident’s treatment, or the response to that treatment.
• Verify that nurses’ notes reflect that the care plan is being followed when administering nursing care or treatment.
• Administer IV's
• Supervise LVN and CNA's
• Assign nurses/CNA's to patients and lead the team at night

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in California.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must pass pre-employment back ground check and physical.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
