Regional Clinical Educator RN position at Transitions Hospice. Develop, implement, and oversee standardized education and competency programs across a multistate hospice organization. Travel to branches, support new hires, close clinical practice gaps, and serve as a clinical resource for interdisciplinary teams. Coverage territory: Peoria and surrounding areas.
