Requirements
- BSN preferred
- RN licensure in primary state of assignment required, with ability to obtain licensure in additional states (compact licensure accepted where applicable)
- C.H.P.N. (Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse) certification preferred
- 5+ years of general nursing experience preferred
- Pain and symptom management experience a plus
- Minimum 2 years of hospice experience required
- Strong ability to teach, train, and mentor clinical staff across experience levels
- Excellent observation, assessment, nursing judgment, and communication skills
